Grant C. Woodruff — Information and Experience

Experience    Grant has served as a Special Master on several construction defect cases throughout California, working with the parties and Courts in these complex, multi-party matters to bring them to resolution.  Additionally, as a mediator he has worked with parties to successfully resolve hundreds of cases involving personal injury, business litigation, breach of contract, and real estate matters. 

Grant has served on Court ADR panels since 2007 and is currently an ADR panel member in Contra Costa, San Francisco and Solano Counties.

Background   Prior to founding WDRC, Grant was a practicing trial attorney for fourteen years, both in private practice and as a managing attorney for the staff counsel offices of two national insurance companies.  His practice specialized in construction defect, personal injury, real estate, and business litigation.  Grant served as the national construction defect litigation advisor to a major insurance company for eight years. He was also selected by another national insurance company to establish and manage a staff counsel office dedicated to construction defect litigation
